Angie has played a role in many of Wisconsin’s significant commercial development projects including mixed use, multifamily, subdivisions, office, retail, healthcare, institutional, warehouse/distribution, manufacturing and industrial projects. She provides efficient, practical counsel to a wide spectrum of clients, including owners, developers, borrowers, operators, investors, and commercial landlords and tenants. Project entitlements, including land use and regulatory approvals related to zoning, land division, site plan review, wetland, waterway and stormwater regulation and permitting, drafting and negotiating co-development agreements, municipal development agreements, tax incremental financing and other P3 agreements.

Commercial Real Estate Transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, condominium documents, easements and covenants, review and resolution of due diligence matters (such as title, survey and utility infrastructure implementation).
