Charissa M. Lomonico is a paralegal with Carlson Black O'Callaghan & Battenberg LLP. Charissa assists and supports the firm in meeting our clients’ needs in a wide variety of real estate and corporate transactions, including purchase/sale, financing, leasing and development. Charissa uses her considerable multitasking skills and customer service experience to manage the closing process by providing detailed support to both attorneys and clients alike.
Prior to joining Carlson Black in 2021, Charissa worked for a commercial construction law firm in the Washington DC metropolitan area.
Charissa received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland and earned her Law Degree from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the State Bar of Maryland, U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland.
