Charissa focuses her practice on transactional real estate and commercial construction. She has been part of the construction industry since 2012, and over the years has worked on countless construction and real estate matters during all stages of a project. In addition, Charissa regularly assists clients with their corporate formation and compliance.

Known for being organized and tenacious, Charissa navigates complex transactions with ease. Charissa works with a wide variety of clientele, from developers to contractors, and guides her clients through the diverse levels of real estate acquisition and development.

Prior to joining the Carlson Black in 2021, Charissa worked for a commercial construction law firm in the Washington DC metropolitan area.
